Why do we procrastinate? (Kal se Pakka)

Procrastination means unnecessarily delaying something you intend to do even through you know that delaying it may cause problem later.
The science behind procrastination
Your brain experience of conflict between the prefrontal cortex (which handle long term planning) and the limbic system (which carves immediate reward and comfort)
An interesting point for procrastination and laziness is it says :-
"Laziness - I don't want to do it"
"Procrastination - I want or need to do it, but I am keeping it delaying"
Procrastination is the art of keeping up with yesterday promise tomorrow.
Don't wait for motivation sometime action comes first and motivation follow
How to stop delaying things :-
(1) Use 5min rule (set a timer for 5 minute & work on the task)
(2) Remove distraction (Put your phone in other room)
(3) Eat frog first mean do your difficult task first
(4) Set clear deadlines
(5) Reward yourself with small treat or a fun break fast
Lastly we all delay or hesitate. The solution isn't to become perfect overnight. The solution is simple: start small, start now and stop waiting for the perfect moment because the best time to start isn't tomorrow it is the moment to begin.
