The Value of Time and Discipline

I would like to share my thoughts on two small words that make a big life - Time and Discipline.
We all have the same 24 hours. No one has more, no one has less. The difference between a successful person and an unsuccessful person is not intelligence, not money, but how they use their time.
Time is the most precious thing in this world. We can lose money and earn it again. We can lose a book and buy it again. But once time is lost, it is lost forever. Every second that has passed will never come back.
Discipline is not punishment. Discipline is not strictness. Discipline is doing what is right, even when no one is watching. It is waking up on time when you want to sleep more. It is completing your homework when you want to play. It is listening in class when your mind wants to wander.
A river is powerful because it flows in discipline - between its two banks. If it breaks its banks, it becomes a flood and causes destruction.
In the same way, our life becomes powerful when we live within the discipline of time.
Think about our school itself. The bell rings on time. The assembly starts on time. The periods change on time. This discipline is what makes our school successful.
Students are the future of our nation tomorrow. And the nation does not need only toppers, it needs disciplined citizens.
So let us make a small promise today. Let us respect time. Let us come to school on time, submit our work on time, and use our free time wisely. Let us not waste our time on things that add no value to our life.
As it is rightly said - "If you love life, do not waste time, because time is what life is made of."

Thank you and have a disciplined and wonderful day!
